This painting is a part of a project 'Remastering.Visualisation.Ulysses' based on the book of J.Joyce. When Joyce had finished Ulysses, he produced two schema’s, called the Linati and the Gildert, in order to describe the design and the structure of the novel. Each chapter in this schema’s has a title, time, scene, symbol, written in different literature technic and also a colour (not in all chapters). This art-work inspired by Joyce’s tale is an attempt to visualising the novel in the chronological order on basis of the colours described by Jame Joyce. Painting: Yellow, symbolizes the daytime at 8 A.M. and the plot of the painting is an experiment with the colours indicated by Joyce. Chapters: Telemachus and Calypso.Time: 8 A.M. Colours: Gold-White. Ornage. Art: Theology. Mythology. Economics. Art movement: abstract expressionism
